The Pallas Group has been training apprentices at its site in Diepholz for decades. Particular emphasis is placed on practical work in which the trainees independently take on important tasks in the daily workflow and are seen as fully-fledged employees.

It has always been the aim of the training to cover the personnel requirements in our own company. Who could understand all the interrelationships better than someone who has gone through all the departments during their training and experienced the tasks from different perspectives?
