APPRENTICESHIP: PRESSING OPERATOR (m/f/d)

Pressing operators accept orders and prepare the intended work steps by making the machines ready for operation. These may have to be upgraded or converted with components. In addition, pressing operators set up the production processes and learn to operate the machine manually. During production, they monitor the processes to ensure a low error rate. If faults occur, they are detected at an early stage and defective components are repaired or replaced.

What do we offer?
In our company with more than 140 employees, we offer practical training. In all departments, qualified trainers work with the trainees and serve as contact persons.

Every month, the trainers and the trainees sit down to talk about general matters concerning school or work in the departments.

Time and again, the trainees are supervised with group projects, whose results have a direct influence on the company’s operations or its external presentation.

To accompany the vocational school and as preparation for the examination, we offer additional in-house lessons.

For good and very good performance at school, there is a bonus in addition to the training allowance.

 

What do we expect?
We expect a team-oriented and performance-oriented attitude, both in the company and in the school environment. Punctual and orderly keeping of the report books is a necessity. All class work must be submitted to the trainers.

 

What do we need?
We require the following as application documents via e-mail:

Decisive of an invitation to a personal interview are the appearance of the application documents and the school grades in mathematics and German, as well as a good English grade for the commercial and IT professions.
